besides a 5 speed what does a svt have that a se doesnt.
im planning on turning my se into a modified svt
2000 contour V6 ATX
BAT suspension kit, k&n filter, SVT TB, SVT UIM, SVT LIM, MSDS headers, MSDS Y-pipe, SVT dual exhaust, Custum burned ADC chip, 7000k HID's, 200 amp HO alt, custom gauges, and 17" rims

high output engine  just simpler 2 get urself an svt from the get go

Hmmm... yeah, SE's have the option of a 5-speed... and it's the same damn one our SVT's have. There are A LOT of diffrence, I'm not listing them becuase I have seen SEVERAL HUNDRED posts about the diffrence. Just do a search for there diffrence and you'll find a very nice complete list of what they are. It'll make you wanna sell you SE.

Why would you put an SVT motor in anyways, A 3 Liter would give you more bang and cost you less buck

As a matter of fact now that I see you're in MI, theres a nice Austrailian fellow that does swaps and whatever else for a great price. I'm sure he might chime in sonner or later.....
