If its your first time, I'd set aside 2 days. It probably took me around 10-12 hours. I'm sure I could do it in half that now.

Liquid Wrench should do in a pinch.
Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.

what are the ford part #'s for the header gaskets ? part #'s for the y-pipe gaskets ? part #'s for the nuts that hold the headers on? part #'s for the bolts that hold the nuts that hold the headers on incase i brake one or two removing the headers.
thanks.

You can use the Header Gaskets that come with the car already as long as you arnt stupid and break it in half.
The Bolts and Nuts for the Y-pipe are 3/8" by 3" Stainless steel bolts and nuts, easily found anywhere..
and the Y-pipe gasket is: F5RZ-5E241-C List $17.42
That should help, Take note that you also need a Flex pipe or your headers will have unwanted stress on them: XS7Z-5G203-DA
You'll probably need a new flange for your Cat if your running early 98+ to early 99. Trubendz has those.
