My 3.0L swap has gone way overbudget and I need to scale back on my original lofty plans for the car.
I aquired some Group Buy items that are not essential to the swap and therefore must go.

Parts:
ATI Rear Subframe (from last GB)
HO Alternator (from last GB)
Polly Roll Resistor (from Pole GB) if he sells his first.

Still debating on letting go of;
MSDS Headers and Y Pipe - Extreme Ceramic Coat (from last GB)

What can I say, I went GB happy.
But I realize now that a 3.0L swap is not cheap by any means.

At least keep the headers and roll resisitor otherwise you're crazy doing a 3L without them!

I know you're right. I'm really agonizing over this one.
But, I'm thinking maybe I'll just go with an optimized Y.
Like the one pole is selling.
I still need $$ to get a bunch of other stuff and I have to cut somewhere.
Question: If you had to choose between an LSD and the headers what would you do? I know its not apples to apples but the point is money is tight and everything has to be prioritized.
Would it be crazier not to get the trans upgraded than not getting headers?

Depends on your driving style.. I'd personally go LSD first, because I do a lot of launcing, which is a BIG on the stock differential. Headers can always be installed later down the road when you have the money, and the need for an extra ~10-15HP

IF i had to choose id go with the LSD as its harder to install than the headers, not that they are easy but at least you wont have to pull the tranny of you decide downt he road that you want to add one. The stock diff is by far the weakest link in the tranny so id start there.

LSD, if you want to cheap out on the roll resistor do what a few of us have done and run a strip of steel to eliminate the mount altogether. (search under username keyser). It adds a bit of nvh, but works very well.
