I ran into the Bendix guy the other day while at the distributor and yep Bendix finally has the TitaniuMettalic for us who are running SVT Focus Front brakes. I grabbed a set and will put them on this weekend if I can. I asked the guy to look into the pads in the CT3 ceramic and Ti2 formula too.

He also told me the new Titanium 2's have an revised compound for even better fade resistance and less brake dust than the origunal Ti's!

Also Bendix is slowly phasing out the Ti for the Ti 2's so eventually every front pad I supply will be Ti 2's. CT3's are available upon request.

In summary, if you want the Ti pads for you FSVT brakes, PM me for pricing.

That's good to hear. I'd assume that with the switch to Ti2's, there will be a price increase, right?

On a side note... I finally pulled the car out of storage, and got the rear brakes on I ordered from ya forever ago. Man does that car stop fast. And, whoever put the rear pads on last did it wrong. That dimple on the rear pad... wasn't in the slot of the brake piston. The rotors were all messed up. That explains why the car did such a crazy nose dive upon braking. Anywyas, thanks again Stazi. You definately sell top notch stuff. No doubt about it.

No price increase (other than inflation over time) with the switch to the Ti2 compound. It will be complete swap over from the old Ti compound to the new one, so the original Ti's will be phased out.

I just bought some Bendix titaniums for my wife's Cherokee, with some Bendix rotors. I was going to put them on today, but rain is no fun. The el cheapos I had on there didn't last a year and a half. I guess that's what you get for $68.00 worth of pads and rotors.

This comes after I totally rebuilt the rear drums on the Jeep. It was fun but occasionally frustrating; I was shocked when the cylinders and brake lines came right out after seven New England winters!
