Gotta love college. Wireless in most of the academic buildings, except those whose architecture prevents signal from traveling far (some here are designed specifically to withstand earthquakes and hurricanes). Ironically, one of the first buildings to get wireless was the gym ... go figure

anyway, I don't take out my laptop nearly as much as I used to now that I'm taking more advanced courses and the lectures actually are meaningful, but freshman and sophomore year I very often surfed during class.
As for work, well Wal-mart doesn't have any standard Internet access save for the PCs in the store manager's office.
I will find it a challenge if I get an office job this summer.
