The other day afterschool I was running around getting stuff done and out of the way. I noticed after driving to my job, then to the bank(picked up my check), and going back on the road, the brakes seemed uber touchy. I went to tap them to slow off a little when someone pulled out in front of me, and I thought I was going to fly out of my seat...Could there be any reason that the brakes to get that touchy? I was driving about 15 minutes with regular breaking, probably in the bank for about 4-5 minutes tops. It was a pretty cool day, could maybe rotors cooled faster then pads while I was waiting in line to cash my check? or is this a cause for concern?

Maybe you got a little water or something on your rotors? I washed my car once, and pulled it out of the garage, and almost went through the windshield when the pads caught.

Could have been that, the bank where I has does have a nasty drainage problem and a puddle near the entrace/exit
