Ok. I've been looking at my Tour for a few days now, I just don't think that it's the timing belt. Was going down the road, and the car just died. Can't figure it out, When I turn the key, everything rotates, but the engine dosent seem to crank. All the belts are rotating, including the timing belt and corresponding gears. Maybe and electrical problem? Just not sure, anybody have any ideas? Let me know!! Thank guys!

Does the car make an electrical "hum" when you turn the key forward (before start)?

Electrical, fuel,etc. Can't really diagnose "it died" from the internet. Get to checkin everything u can check. Fuses, relays, fuel pump (hear it running?),etc.

yes, car is making the electrical hum when i turn the key on :/

Checked everything I could think of, fuel pump seems to be running. Checked all the fuses and relays, etc. Just wont do anything

was there a cel on?...might be cam or crankshaft censor

If your crankshaft sensor just dies there won't be a code.
