On my way to work this morning a silver frost SVT passed me on White Bear Ave in Saint Paul. I notied a Tousley Ford dealer sticker on the deck lid below the SVT emblem. I was riding with a friend in her black Lumina LTZ. It looked to be an older man driving the car, not the typical SVT driver, if you could say that. He was wearing one of those old taxi driver style hats.
