Hey everyone. So my BAT European Handling kit arrived today, and I noticed that on one of the struts, the "cap"? was cracked and I was able to pull it off.

Do I need to send the strut back to BAT? Would the tire place that's going to install the kit have a replacement?

Thanks for the help.

Call BAT and ask them.

If you had to I think you could transfer that part from your old strut, but you paid for a new part and I'm sure that BAT will replace it.

BAT is good guys. You should have no problem getting a replacement.

You might ask them to send the replacement a box with a return shipping thingy so you're not out the cost for returning a damaged part. Some places will do that for you, I don't know if BAT is one of them because everything I've gotten from them has been first rate.

Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.
