I am waiting for my engineer to free up the time to specify the material and finish the drawing. I have two suppliers waiting to bid the job, so I do not think manufacturing the bar will be the issue. Race season is just around the corner and we have two hot C5 projects in the shop that are taking up 95% of Dennis' time.

My manager Rick Myers and I understand that this is an important product with good community interest. We have not forgotten about you or the 24mm bar, but our resources are a bit thin at the moment. I will continue to persue this unless I hear that Stazi and his contact come through. Of course if Stazi already has the material spec and or a CAD drawing, I would be willing to work on compenstaion for his investment in this product.

AAM will not release the print. But if you PM me I can give you the specs on the material/size.

Essentially I copied the EXACT same design, but optimised the tube size and material to increase the torsional stiffness of the bar. Hence, if you have a stock sway bar you're set. No funny changes where made. Geometry is identical. The center-line of the stock bar is the same as the ceterline of the Aussie bar. Also the distance from the endlink hole to the centerline of the body of the bar is the same.

Get my drift?

In the interest of making this happen, I will donate my stock SE bar. I'll be installing a BAT 21mm this weekend, so the stocker belongs to you guys if it will do as a template.
