OP TheAlmightyMe Veteran CEG\'er T Joined: Jul 2004 Posts: 864	After the recent storms in So Cal (which dropped about 20 inches of rain), I have been having a brake grind issue. I only tend to get a grind sound while car is in motion, and occasionally when applying the brake. The brake grind is does not happen at all times, only occaisionally. I have inspected the pads, the hoses and even the fluid and all seems okay. Does anyone have a suggestion or two?

Your bearings MIGHT eventually start to howl at speed. By that time they're BIG TIME messed up & may be eating into the hubs & whatnot. Some might suggest you re-pack the bearings, but for the price, and since you've been in a really messy spot, clean out all the old grease & mud from the hubs and install new bearings. Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.
