I to am checking out the Cheap-TSW Monza 16x7.5 -35mm wheels on Ebay... Will it work and what tire size? I think it will work OK and with 215/45 or 50 16s, my car is not lowered now... Yes I Searched! (not much on 16" wheels) It's the -35mm offset I'm not sure of and the width. Better than steeles and 14s, and kinda "Supertouring" !!!

I don't know, that's going to stick out A LOT. Remember stock offset is 49mm, and that's tucked away under the wheel arches. The lower your offset, the more it'll stick out (if I remember correctly, someone could correct me here. . .)

Stock offset is 49.5mm
So 35mm is ~2/3" less. Thus meaning those rims would likely rub on the struts. They definitely would not clear the brakes though.
Stock 16x6.5 +49.5mm rims are well within an inch of the struts with tires on them. With 225/50's they are mighty close! 245/45's require 10mm spacers, fender rolling, and still nearly touch the struts!

It was not broke; Yet I fixed it anyway.

Positive offset is toward the center of the car, right?
My 16x7.5 rims have a 43mm offset. Most of the popular 16x7 rims have 40mm. I've run 205's, but nothing wider, so I'm not sure if that would work.
Might rub on the fender lip... Might be fixed by rolling the lip, or might not.

Yes, positive offset will be towards the center. So the 35mm offset will give a wider track, so the wheels will probably rub the fender lips, since my 18x8 with 40mm rub a little. What's the bolt pattern?

Why not upgrade to a Focus Wheel and Tire Package, they are "SuperTouring" enough?

35mm will get the wheel close to the outer fender, but since you aren't lowered it might not rub. With them being that wide, it might be a bit tough to find a good fitting tire for that rim.
Demon, the 245's fit with fender rolling and a 5mm spacer on a 42mm offset rim (SSR GT1 16").

205/55-16 is a very common size... 225/50 a bit less so.
