Their service department is very good, when they tell you your car is fixed, it is fixed right, and free loaner cars for repairs. Our sales guy, Dave Kuenneke, has been with Ford in various ways since the sixties, not always at the dealer level and is a top notch, no BS kind of guy. If I were to take a car to any other place than that dealer for repairs it would be Benson's Automotive in Webster, TX. They work on everything but transmissions and are the closest Tire Rack installer (about 10 minutes away). The last time I was there for new tire installation there was a lady in the waiting room that has been in the car business for years and comes from the other side of Houston, an hour drive, for car work because she said they are the best. I have family that works at a lug-nut manufacturer, and I can get OEM style, chrome, acorn ended lug nuts for 0.60.
