unless you ont want to remember it, let us all hear of the worst year youve had..... ill start
beginning od 2k3, while sitting at a stop sign, got hit by car that was turning... keep in mind, my car was in park..... im at fault... summer, rearended while leaving cd warehouse..... my car is fine, hers is gone.... she gets out screaming neck injury... police start to show up.... she gets in car and hightails it outa there..... my fault and a ticket for blocking traffic...... 3 speeding tickets... one running a red light.... totaled car by hitting a dodge ram armed w/old man. his fault.... (luck changed) bought my contour, replaced entire cooling system, found out later the car had sat in a field for 2 years. 2k4... luck changed...end 2k4 motor blown.

over all in the big picture I really haven't had a bad year, yes there have been some bad times but that is nothing to out shaddow all the good that happened, I know what when wrong in the past and how it sucked so I try to avaoid that now, gotta enjoy life that best you can

Well it seems like the midwest is getting hit hard w/extreme cold to end the year. I'm scared to even try to turn on the car right now, after sitting outside in -5 degrees F the entire night. Plus I have an exam at 7pm-9pm, and we're supposed to get 3 inches of snow in the evening. So it seems like today is starting to be the worst day of the year. In terms of the entire 2004 year, it was decent. As brapple said, ups and downs.

it is all perspective, I don't think anything that happened to you is worse then say the people that starve in africa everyday or all the people that get killed in the middle east because of everything
so personally in the grand scope I can't see complaining at all, or at least not trying to, it isn't easy all the time
plus it is the holiday season, no reason to get down now

YEah, i wen't out to my car this morning to start her up and all i got was a cold crank! NADA! I was so scared, i sat there for a few minutes, tried again and success.
My worse year is when my camaro was my daily driver.

2004 is most definitely and by far my worst year ever. Despite graduating and getting a nice though by no means easy job and continuing working on my car, it all got marred badly by spending a week in a correctional facility with a 23 hrs lockdown, having to pay over 34K in legal fees and ending up with a 2 year probation period.

2003 easily my worst year. The honeymoon with buying my PGT (in Nov. 2002) ended quickly after it began exhibiting several odd and unique problems ... and it wasn't even to the point where it was one problem after another ... new ones always popped up a few days before I fixed the old ones! Ended up getting rid of it finally in October, after both me and my parents (thankfully) spent tons of money on it. Last time I ever drove it was first time since having the blown distributor and seized alternator replaced, only to find the muffler becoming increasingly louder! I NR'ed five classes that year (though since 2004 began, with a changed major, no failures whatsoever ) Several other smaller things, I can't remember at the moment though. A few good things came out of the year ... my old Vaio laptop got burnt by a lightning surge that summer (which came, not through the power, but through the cable and home network) ... claimed it through home insurance, saved up a bit and got my PowerBook (and iPod, which combined gave me a $200 rebate - basically a $69 iPod) ... I finally quit Burger King and got a better paying job at Walmart  ... I lived in an on-campus apartment with six friends (and ten more in two nearby apartments) - many fun times held there 2003-2004 ...
