First off thanks everyone. Thanks to especially Roger + Family (for making us feel at home), John, Pete, Stazi and everyone else who stayed and helped me. It made it a little easier dealing with the situation. It really shows me what kind of CEGers we have.  My car was broken into during the E Lansing meet. I lost a window, rear view mirror, radar detector, Sony head unit, radio trim piece w/dimmer switch, ripped the wire out from my indiglo HVAC, Kenwood 500W amp, and my 12" Premier subs, and my Sony dig. camera.....but the people left all my CDs (70) and my tools in the trunk.........this really urks me. Keep an eye out for these items on Ebay and such.......(there is always hope).

Sorry about that man. Looking at the pictures, I was parked next to you in the garage, but I left early. I didn't see anything when I left. I hate car theifs, I've been jacked before, it sucks.

That sucks Hector. Big ups to the locals taking care of ya though. I hate to see bad things happen to good folks; and Hector n Kim #2: ya'll is good folks.

Hector, my theory is that Tom's car and mine both had the PATS lights flashing, and apparently someone bumped Tom's car as a test, so I think that maybe when they saw your car with no flashing PATS light, they may have thought that it had no "security" system and that's why they got your car. Now I'm so scared about getting jacked again that I'll have to install my alarm this week as it seems like you can't leave your car ANYWHERE anymore!

I can't believe it happened there. How much longer after us did you guys leave? Their were buildings with windows everywhere across from the p. garage. Wouldn't someone see ppl walking out with stereo stiff in their hands? They must have had a car to put the subs in. It's like they saw us all drive in there and put an APB out.

sounds like a hell of a thing to happen at random, but you were nowhere near home. Otherwise i'd be trying to come up with likely suspects of people you know.
