Pete sorry if this dosent belong here but i need some Major help.
I have been haveing some problems with the car lately. When i get on it its sputtering like crazy now. I changed out the old FMS wires with some stock wires(probley 50k on them) and the car ran great for about 2 days. Then it started to come back. I have the stock wires with new plugs(autolights).
When i get on the car it will pull but it sputters/backfires but then right at about 45 and up the car seems to fall on its face. Engine seems to want to go but it climbs up slowly.
Besides this issue the cars been doing fine. I have been going threw this problem for a while now and i need some help.

Check out the FAQ on the fuel pump problem on the returnless fuel system. Returnless was a mid year change in 99. It sounds like you may have a plugged filter screen.

Does the sputtering only happen down low? Does it seem to be less obvious under medium/hard acceleration?
If that's the case, check your plug wire routing, pull your plugs out & check the gaps & condition of the plugs.
Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.
