i dont understand the discount i get. the xplan is based on ford employee's a-plan so:

Fordââ?¬â?¢s Partner Recognition Program offers you the ability to purchase or lease eligible vehicles at Ford Motor Companyââ?¬â?¢s ââ??¢ X-Plan pricing. Details about the X-Plan pricing are:

X-Plan Pre-determined price based on Ford Employee ("A-Plan") price. The X-Plan price is noted on the dealer invoice (except for Land Rover)

Eligible Vehicles Discount Offered
Ford/Mercury/TH!NK A-Plan + 4% + $150
Lincoln A-Plan + 4% + $250
Volvo A-Plan + 2%
Land Rover Dealer Invoice + 4%

does this mean i get the car for the price of aplan with the % amount added to the aplan? so volvo offers a better discount cuz i'd have to add 2% vs 4% for a ford. wouldnt the volvo carry a higher % addon to the aplan price?

how does the lease part work if your not buying the vehicle?

Yes, X-plan pricing is based on A-plan + a certain percentage.

The Volvo A-plan pricing isn't as much of a discount from MSRP as a "full" Ford vehicle, so the X-plan price isn't as far off it as the Ford vehicles.

For a lease, everything is determined from a vehicle purchase value, which is normally started at MSRP, but for X-plan, it starts at the X-plan pricing. Everything else works the same, with the only ultimate differance being the monthly lease payment is less.
