Naval Jelly is used for removing the rust on Chrome Bumpers.
You can use it on wheels also but be careful if your wheel is painted.
You can't leave it on the wheel for too long.
You just spread it on, rub it with a soft brush into the brake dust, and the hose it off.
It would make Rusted Old Chrome Bumpers look like NEW !
