Heres the work in progress. Its further along then it has been in quite some time. Since its all finally one color again, I decided to show off, even though I am far from complete.
Here is EVERYTHING that I have done to it in my four years of ownership.
96 Zetec/ATX like the sig says. Drivetrain is relatively stock, but it has some (few) mods. Intake was done by me, but will be changing in the future, exhaust has seen the mystery mod, CEL eliminator obviously, no resonator and a 50 series Flowmaster. Exterior is where it has had most of its work. SVT sides that I bought from Bill, the E0s havent even been on there for a day, I picked those up from Stilov. Those, at least the rear ones, are bolted to one of my less expensive for performance mods, a $50 rear disc setup. The trans hasnt even completely escaped modding, as it has its own real filter (same size as the engine) and that is feeding a stacked plate cooler that will go away soon for a much larger unit.
The headlamps are my own doing and are still being worked on.Inside of the modified stock housings there are Euro-spec Hella 90mm lowbeams with modified shields, DOT Hella highbeams that are running HID. The turn signal lenses are some 4" round pieces (Mopar, originally) that I picked up on eBay and modified to fit. Thier internals are amber 4" LED assemblies. The front marker lamps are the backup lamps from a late 80's Tempo that were cut, bonded to some ABS tubing and have a 2" orange LED assembly firing through them. Sidemarkers are off of a Geo Storm, since I needed them with the OEM reflectors disappearing with the headlamp mod...
...the front bumper is off of a `98 Pontiac Grand Prix......it has had roughly 1' trimmed out of it on both sides to get it narrow enough to fit onto the car. Foglamps aren't visible in the pic (because they are still being built) but they are 5.75" 'diamond' style housings. They will be chromed, but they have one of my earlier sets of modified DOT 90mm lowbeams firing through them. I built them in a fashion quite similar to Josch's project, just now they sit in a much larger housing. Heading to the back of the car, you wont find as many mods as the front. The decklid came off of a `99, the taillamps off of a `00 (as did my chrome strip because I broke the stock one removing it for paint). A `98 ZX2 gave up its spoiler for me and it sits above a painted center reflector. Finishing off the sides of the reflector there are heavily smoked taillamps that I yoinked off of that same `00. Inside of them you will find two 4" red LED assemblies (each side), again modified to fit the housing. I now have a dedicated stop circuit (outer lamps) with the inner lamps performing the stock functions. Finishing up the exterior mods, for now, are 98+ sail panels.

Early lamp test. Paint/shields are yet to be installed:
Inside the car there is a triple guage pod assembly housing three Phantom AutoMeters. The guage cluster is out of a low mileage `96 Mystique. The dash has been dyed black, as with the lower parts of the door panels. The center cloth inserts are still Contour OEM, but they came from yet another car. The tops of the panels are covered with black vinyl to match the dashboard. The car that gave up its door panels, also gave up its seats, which gave me drivers lumbar adjustment and rear fold down. Carpet is light gray, headliner is black. Tomorrow it will be getting is second dome light in the back of the headliner. There are dome tweeters mounted on the headliner at the top of the a-pillars, those are being powered by the deck. The Pioneer head unit also sends its signal to the back of the car, where it feeds a Sony amp (cant remember the model and dont want to go check), which sends its power to four Pioneers. 6x9s in the front doors and 5x7s in the rear doors. Finishing up the interior for now are blue LEDs located in all four of the door handles, dimmer and defog switches and one white one has found its way into the clock.
I think that pretty much covers all of what I have done to date. The lowbeams still need thier HID and I still have to build the wiring harness for the setup. I have the rear bumper wating in the garage but I am not starting any new mods till I get my truck working (see sig). Its off of a `99 Mustang, there are no exhaust cutouts in the bumper and there arent going to be either. It'll eventually get its windows done. A lowering job is out of the question because I will completely destroy the front cover with any kind of a drop, I cant drive over a pop can right now without tipping it over. So, its stock height and will stay there. Exhaust...soon. I have two other body mods up my sleve, some of the SW CEGers know what they are but I am not going to say what they are. There are some performance mods that I want to do, and some are just dreaming. Some will come, in time.
And, just to show that nothing has escaped me in my quest to change the entire car. I have even modded the aftermarket electronic turn signal flasher so it can handle the next to no load of the LEDs. So I guess I am the first for at least that mod.
