Hey Guys,

I've got a problem with one of my rear seatbelts on my SVT. Someone latched the seatbelt, but we were unable to release it. Luckily we were able to pull enough slack to get them out of the belt, but now its stuck, making it illegal for someone to sit in that seat.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to go about taking this apart?

My brother thinks there is a small pebble stuck in there, but we still can't release it.

I usually forget all about it until I offer to drive somewhere.

Same problem with the rear shoulder belt in the ZX2. Won't go in or out. I was gonna try latching it in again to see if the manual belt lock mode was triggered somehow. If the belt won't reach, I'll try one of the other belts in the recepticle for the bad belt. Daughter got home from Orlando today so I can give it a go tonight.

If you figure it out on your car, post here to let me know. I'll do likewise.

Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.

see if you can buy one from the ceg classifieds where someone's parting out their car and replace it. I don't think you can buy used seatbelts from junk yard.
