I made a post in the California sections but thought I'd post here as well.
I joined these forums last year around November when I got my first 1998 Contour SVT, that car was short lived and I was in a horrific car accident in February which resulted in a totalled SVT and a badly broken young man(both femurs plus right hip broken). During surgery I had to have nearly 7 liters of blood transfused; for those who don't know, the body contains only 5-6 liters of blood. It took nearly 3 months before I could start walking and begin therapy.
I'm finished with all that, walking well and began driving again recently buying a 2000 Black Contour SVT. It saved my life once, I trust it to do the same God forbid a similar situation ever arises again. So I'm glad to be back and thought I'd introduce myself. I put a couple shots of my new ride, plus a few of the last one(and accident) on my cardomain page.
