Difficult to say without knowing what rotors they actually are (although the photo does look familiar). Certainly you need to be careful of buying anything in an auction especially brakes.

The price is about half the proper retail for quality brakes see below:

Also be aware that cross-drilled brakes have a greater tendency to crack/warp/etc. If you want something other than a plain rotor, slotted are less problematic, but it's really your decision.

I'd go with known quality products like KVR, Brembo, etc.

The difference between a great buy on unknown brakes and a known quality set could be your life (unlikely but definitely possible).
