Plus, if you have a CEL on, instant failure, at least in NJ. If you reset the computer and don't let it run its full tests, instant failure as well.

yup i did that...
find out which sensor, and then go to the junk yard and grab that sensor off another car, then reset your cel codes, pulling fuse 11 and 4 is the easiest way be far (under the hood) let sit for like 1-2 min, then run around for a bit. Go get your codes pulled, if it says mil off. your good to go (right before scan complete).
