During normal acceleration and going up the gears (98.5 Duratec with MTX), I do notice a "thunk" or "clunk" when doing the 2-3 upshift. I particularly hear it when turning up onto my street, and with the windows down I can hear the sound bounce off the parked cars as I go by.

Could this just be a worn synchro? I don't hear or notice it on any other shifts, just the 2-3.

Anybody have any ideas? I'd appreciate them,
