Mustang Dyno, so the Dynojet numbers would be a bit higher due to not being load bearing like the Mustang ones, but oh well. Funny how well today's family cars can make more HP than sports cars from 18 years ago.

Dynomax muffler
192.1 RWHP @ 4750 RPM
242.8 RWTQ @ 3500 RPM
With my AT, stock stall, and 2.77 gears, that should be good for painfully slow mid to high 14 seconds in the quarter.
Next up: 300 RWHP with an LT1 converted to run a distributor on my 305 block. Ported 416 heads, headers, converter, gears, yada yada yada...

Wow! I always thought that a stock TPI V8 would put out atleast 220hp to the wheels! But hey atleast you know where you stand. You could a lot of power out of that motor for cheap which is always a good thing.

You do realize the HO TPI 305's were only rated at ~210-225 "crank" HP right... 86 being the first year even.
Also remember it's a slushbox and on a Mustang dyno.
Either way I'd still whoop it with 3 buddies in my car.
That way if by some miracle it was close I could just drop a buddy off and gain 15-20 HP/TQ

I would guess more like painfully high 15's if your lucky
I once had a '68 Firebird with a 350 (no smog crap) rated somthing like 250-300 HP IIRC ? It had a 350 turbo street/strip trans with 2500 stall converter, 3:23 gears, 4-barrel carb, high rise intake and duals. I thought it was real fast before I knew better...I could do 100' burnouts but only ran a 16 flat at the track Then I got smart and put a 600+ HP 454 LS6 in it with 4:11 gears and and 3500 stall converter...was supposed to run low 11's maybe even 10.90's. Unfortunatly I then got stupid and got married and sold the car and never realy got to enjoy it
