Well first you got two choices
1: Take off the reverse lockout (easy to do) 2: Keep it on
If you choose the first you'll have many different choices, if not you can only get a knob that works with the reverse lockout.
Tell us what you wanna do then then we'll let you know what your options are.

e-bay has a great selection with and without the reverse lockout engaged. I even saw a stock SVT shiftknob for about $20 the other day. I was shocked it was up to that much, but they're out there.

If you want a round one that works with the lock out, I'd say you want a VooDoo, or Team VooDoo. They'r solid milled aluminum and thread on instead of using hceesy set screws. A google search for team voodoo should find you the page.
EDIT: heres a link for ya to make it easy. Just follow the link from this page (that I linked) for prices and applications. http://www.teamvoodoo.com/Voodoo/Knobs.html
I have a voodoo knob and simply love it. It's got a great feel to it, in fact when I first put it on I'd drive my car just for the way the shifter felt......

I'll throw in a vote for the Cougar knob. They are similar to the SVT know, with an aluminum insert in the middle. Look really nice.
