what is wrong with my tour is it on it's last wheel
any advice what i can do to correct this.

Yes, clean IAC vavle, check for intake and vacuum leaks for starters.

I can of gas and 1 match stick or a lighter and your problems are solved

When my car was on the dyno it was reading around 800-900 rpms.

You don't know how many times I've wondered if that would be the best way out. Runs good these days though. Tranny will probably go next.
