I would like to know this two... is this possible?

Sure, it's possible, but 110 watt draw on that circuit will be too much. The switch is not designed to take that kind of current. Your best bet is to invest in a $20 set of foggies from where-ever, & use their wiring harness & relay. Your switch can be utilized to activate the circuit with minimal current added.

Better still would be to pick up a used $10 headlight/foglight switch on Ebay and wire accordingly.

Even the Factory fogs use a relay.

Always best to use a relay. It lowers the amps on the sawitch so it lasts longer and gives higher voltage (Less voltage drop because of wire lengths) to the bulbs for better light.

A friend of mine is gonna help me hook stock fog lights to my car. I don't have the stock harness behind the bumper so we're gonna have to rig something up. We got a relay and we're gonna wire that so whenever the parking lights are on, the foggies will be on. One question: if I get a fog light kit from the store will this have connectors to go onto the bulbs of the stock lights? This would make the setup easier otherwise we have to take more time trying to wire stuff onto the bulb connector.

The chances that an aftermarket kit has the right connectors is about 0. I cut plugs from a factory harness at the bone yard so they'd fit factory fogs. I got a factory headlight/fog switch on Ebay for about $12, so mine are just like stock now.

Hooking up to the parking lights, I'm now quite sure how to do that.

Hooking up to the parking lights will be easy. Just wire the foggies to the relay/relay to power and ground/and parking lights (multiple places to do it from) to relay. I understand what to do, I'm just not good at doing it, that's why I'm having a friend do it. I guess I'll be calling the junk yard to see if I can get the connectors.

Maybe you could talk to Kev about where to put his relay & how to wire up his fogs. I went the easy route with factory switch & aftermarket kit.

I asked the same question a couple weeks ago and booger helped me somewhat. He told me BAT had the fogs and I am looking for a switch in a junkyard soon, but I am not sure about the location of the relay. Can someone please help???? I would like to keep the wire cutting and splicing to a minimum. I already have the instructions from booger on how to wire the p-lights in with the fogs, but don't know where the relay goes. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, the relay is in the dash. Remove the panel under the steering column and it mounts to a support brace on the left side. I don't have a camera or I would do some pics. If you are in the DetroitMetro area I would be glad to come help with the instal. Its easier to be there doing the work than be online tech support. I've been searching and haven't found pics so far, but I'll post when I do.
