What do you use to dry your car after washing that does not leave swirls? I use the Absorber, but I need something to finish the job, as the abosorber leaves droplets that spot when they finish drying. A regular towel (bathroom-type) would leave swirls. What works, and where do I get it? Thanks!

Then you are not using the Absorber properly. If it's leaving water spots, then it's holding too much water. Try wringing it out a little more/more frequently.

If that doesn't work fo you, try picking up a microfiber drying towel.

I use the same type of towel, but from HERE!

Question...what is the condition of your paint. Do you wax often? A good wax job will greatly reduce your drying due to the water beading off your car.

Tip! If you use any type spray nozel to rinse your car, take it off for the final rinse. When you are done rinsing your car, take off the nozel, turn the water down a little so it isnt full blast, then start at the top and let the water run off your car. This GREATLY reduces drying time. Again a good coat of wax will help this step also.

The microfiber towels are nice, but I like using a good old sheep-skin. I keep a small microfiber towel in my car to wipe the dust off the dash, steering wheel, etc. It picks up all the dust, and leaves nothing. Kinda nice IMO. But, to each is own.

I have been debating about that one. I guess I will get it then.

***Drying Tip*** When you rinse your car off take of the sprayer and let the water run off the nozzle. This lets the car shampoo sheet right off and that take about 75% of the drying away.

Now I hate America? That is a new one to me.

i've used the absorber and thought it was pretty cool. when i used the big blue towel i dried the whole car and the towel felt like a wet towel that was almost dry, like if u took it out of the dryer 15 minutes too soon. the absorber will now just sit in the tube in the garage til it dries up so much that i am forced to throw it away

You can get those microfiber towels from Wal Mart. I just got a pack of 5 14" square towels for 5 bucks. They also have the big drying towel for 6 bucks. Ya'll got ripped off.
