From a rolling start of 5-10mph, Floor It and theres a sense of lag and than BAM, Secondaries Open and the tires break loose immediately till I shift. It's just seconds before I'm required to shift. Problem is I'm now at a lower speed than the gear ratios would like me to be and so even more lag in 2nd gear before a mild rush kicks in again, definately not nearly as profound as 1st gear. I thought that with such a sense of rush that 1st gear provides I'd figure that there would be no problem to break the tires loose in 2nd gear, NOPE!!! This is Chris (street flight) first whirl at tuning my 3L overseas so I think, No I Hope it's just a matter of more less fine tuning to get the car to full potential. Chris if you're reading this, I do want to have a similar sensation in 2nd that I have in 1st and so on and so on!!!

Anybody have/had the same rush that I'm experiencing?

Why I liked my straight 3L when it ran. Pulls like a mofo all the way up. No spikes.

I feel a great SPIKE in 1st, the motor almost feels like a stock SVT until the 2ndaries open up then it teels like a rush of about 30-40 more hp instantly. It'll even do it going downhill to

Glad to hear you're enjoying the engine Micah! Might want to try to dyno that spike to see what it's doing for sure.
