When you pull the 2.5, do you leave the wiring harness attached to the engine and pull them toughter? Or do you leave harness in car and pull just engine. I think I know the answer but just want to be sure.

The main engine harness should come with the motor. Basically unhook the computer harness, misc grounds and the starter lead and you're good to go less the various misc plug in leads such as O2 sensors and the like that will need unhooked.

Leave the harness on the engine and pull it that way.
Verify many times that all connections to the car are disconnected. You don't want to harm the harness in anyway, you could spend days tracking down intermittent problems if its damaged.
