So, last night, I was driving home to find a lot of rain everywhere I went. I had to ship off some LEDs, so I went to a store that keeps all my records. anyways, the road was completely covered with water more then 1 foor. Well, with all the cars behind me, I couldn't really turn around. So I got to spend almsot 5 minutes in the water hole, awaiting the light to change enough times. Well, I hit a bigger one right off 167 at 272nd st. WAY WORSE. managed to get through that one fairly quick, and then got another one, but far smaller, only a few inches. the whole way, I had my music up. Well when I went to pull into my drive way, I had my stereo off. and I heard a loud screatch sound. The black piece that protects your engine, had busted in 3 pieces and was dragging and breaking. Also found that my lower grill was gone (so sad, I worked hard on that). Then, today at work, I went to get my laptop out of my trunk, only to find, a ton of water in the tirewell of my trunk, luckly my laptop was fine. So my car got plenty of damage. Hope everyones elses cars are in good shape after the rain.

That is soo crazy. I don't know Northern Washington very well, but I went to the Seahawks game on Sunday & the weather was amazing. However, when I went home after the game I found the rain just South of Tacoma. I'm sorry your car took a beating & hope it's not to hard to fix the damage.

no, it should be fairly easy to fix all the damage. the water in the trunks does suck though. But, I have my heart set on a 2003 mach 1. I found I can fit it in to my budget if I sell my tour. Still poking around at it though.
