No, its N20.
Two nitrogen atoms bonded to one oxygen atom.
Nitrous oxide is 33.3% oxygen + 66.6% nitrogen.

No, its N2O.

Oxygen has two free bonds and a lone pair.
Nitrogen hooked to oxygen is semi-unstable, two of them even more so. Makes it much better to burn because the N comes off readily and leaves a free oxygen ready for the fuel. The two N's form N2 gas (inert like what we breath) and then become more heated gass for expansion.
Kinda nice the way that works out.

Direct Port would be the way to go IMO if your running over 100hp shot. Otherwise and single fogger nozzle works just fine.

Also, there are so many things in direct port that only a very experience bottle user should attempt to install.

Hell in all honestly, I would think under 100hp go dry. I, myself ran a 50-80hp wet shot for a bit, then cats, and latter the motor went south and its been in the works since.

But what you need to do first is educate yourself on N2O. The only way to do that is educate yourself and lots of reading all over the net and buy a book too.

How many gain should i expect to gain in my 1/4 time ?

depends on how big of a shot and other factors. With my approx 50hp shot (and I had tons of problems that day, and I was running 16.0s :-( that day), but I ran a 14.7, so it was approx 1.3sec gain.
