I am planning on doing a 3.90 conversion in my car. What is necessary in doing so. It is a 98 gl atx 2.5 duratec.
I know I will need the lower end of the 3.0 and upper end of a 2.5. Now would it be post 99 3.0 and svt heads ..what ..I just started looking into it and am now ready to execute but instead of trial and error I will just take your trials and not make any errors.

what would I get that motor out of?? would it bolt up to the atx?

Searching and this computer dont get along.
EVery time I try to search on this site it takes a year and then my computer freezes up. But you are right ...I should do a little research first

Yeah I was looking at that ...Good work ..very nice page. I dont mind the snow flakes all that much ..there kinda interesting
