My Contour never had that problem (the glass was optically correct). A trivial thing, but just something I noticed. Even though they had the glass replaced three times, that "factory defect" remained. I love the 'tour, and it's going to be very hard to find another vehicle that can replace it. I'll probably end up keeping this thing till it's an antique Matthew 98.5 Contour SE V6 It has spent 1.5 years under the wrong identity ;-)

When I had my windshield replaced it was replaced with a non-oem windwhield. It now has some distortion in the corners. For those who aren't knowledgeable about this, optically correct means no distortion. If glass is not optically correct, your eyes are forced to refocus constantly. This causes eye fatigue.
