Does anyone know of a good bodyshop in the Waukesha/New Berlin Area that does good work at a reasonable rate? Need some tweaking done on my bodykit, but want it done right.

Try Marshall Auto Body in Waukesha on Bluemound Road just past Sams Club and Springdale road. I had some work done there and you just need to explain it in detail to them. Mine came out great. They do all the Acura repairs and some custom work. Try the website.

I know its not in the area you specified, but if you're willing to drive to the lakefront area I'd recommend Authentic Automotive in Cudahy. They patched up my SVT and you can't tell what part of the car they painted, even with it being a silver metallic paint. Their prices are competitive and they're a good group of guys if you get to know them. I still drive the 40 miles from Grafton to have them do work.
