Umm ok. If you think M cars are girl cars then go you.

I didn't say M cars as a whole. I'd rock an M3 or M5 in a heartbeat. They don't scream hairdresser-mobile like the Z4 M, Miata, Crossfire, etc....

And I somewhat agree that BMW's get outdated, but not always in the aesthetics department. It's a lot easier to hold a conversation about having a 93 Mustang, than having a 93 BMW. Nobody cares about that 93 BMW, because most likely it's a 200k mile car with problems. That 93 Mustang is more than likely a beast of a project car.

But hey, drive what you want.

BMWs become outdated faster than Mustangs? Hmmmm...
1978 Mustang II

1978 BMW M1

Not a very fair comparison, but fun nonetheless.

Not a big fan of the Z4 vert but I think with the hard top it really changes the car. Kind of reminds me of a more nimble version of this old thing.

For some reason, that car actually looks pretty sweet! I guess I just like my head/leg room though, and most of these smaller cars won't give me that. Riding in a the Hahn's old Miata, I just felt trapped in the car, and my shoulder was basically touching his shoulder.

Well if it's anything like VWV.com, it's always Miata or E30 M3 FTMFW!!1

Personally though, I don't care if either of those two cars can outhandle F1 cars, I wouldn't even have my casket caught anywhere near one.

As far as this vote, GT500 FTW. I'd even take a Porsche Cayman [base] over the BMW. Something about shoes on wheels...

HAHA the "M" will never loose its value. Hell a 97 E36 M3 with a 150,000km+ still sells for $20k+ Canadian .

I would take the MZ4 over the Shelby in a heartbeat.
