nobody has yet to flow test a 3.0L intake manifold to my knowledge or dyno test a 3.0L and SVT manifold together on the same car. Either way, I think the best bet is to go with the tried and proven until someone gets some hard data. Stay with the SVT manifold.

the 3l upper does have less bends with a more direct flow path. i have one in the closet that i havent had a chance to install yet. i didnt have the cash for a a svt manifold so i picked up a 3l for like $50. idid a lot of searching in the forums and everyone has an opinion. im just sure it will flow better than the regular uim on my s.e. it will probally give a bit more top end since there are less bends in the 3L uim.
