more then possitive as that is what I remember from having my center console out.

Well airbag no, just the wheel. The airbag assembly I'm swapping from my car. The eBay Cougar wheel does not come with the airbag.

wait, if your reusing airbags, then your using a 99-00 cougar wheel. the newer one requires a different airbag

Why the heck would I use a newer Cougar wheel, and have to find an airbag, which has a giant Cougar logo on the airbag cover?

that is not a cougar in the airbag, that is the thundercat sign..  just have a custom sticker made to cover that up.
