Well the thing is I don't want to lower my car yet so what do you guys think my car would look like with 17 inch black rims w/o lowering?
Probably something like this..
Those look like 17's to me and it doesn't look lowered.
I wish I had the money to upgrade to 18's, after a while my 17's just look too small. And my front end isn't lowered enough, not nearly as much as the back end

That's because you have eibachs. 17"s look good with right suspension. The right 18"s or even 19"s look good too. You just gotta be careful on wheel offset and tire size or they'll rub (that includes 17"s).
98.5 SVT
91 Escort GT (almost sold)
96 ATX Zetec (i brake to watch you swerve)
FS: SVT rear sway bar
WTB: Very cheap beater

How much would it be to level it out (whole new suspension/strut kit you think?).
I want a Mirko too though, after lowering the front I'll be goin over speed bumps sideways

Err I think you have dimensions messed up. I'm running 215 tire width, no rubbing at all but some people have fit 225mm tire width. With 17's you'll want 45mm sidewall. I run (215/45 - 17) with no rubbing whatsoever with Eibach suspension.

215/45/17 would be fine, but you might consider a 225. A little more beef (rubber) on the tire. It may/may not rub depending on the tire/rim combo.
