Intermittent or pending code will not light up but will show up on the scanner. Your real time scanner might also show the tranny codes (if it is indeed a tranny issue).

OK, I just hooked up the scanner and there are no codes thrown and none stored. So far, so good.

I will be taking the car for a test run sometime this weekend.

I also plan on replacing the TSS. Hopefully, that will fix the issue.
