I wouldn't screw around with anybody doing a home PnP job on my car. As mentioned, if they don't have some expereince and all the right tools (this isn't like porting a TB), then more than likely they'll screw it up.

I wasn't talking about some ghetto home Pnp job...by DIY I mean't not a pro shop job, my friend has access to CNC machines but not a flow bench. It should be proper with identical cuts on all four cylinders, but since there isn't a flow bench I'm not sure what changes would produce optimal results.
