I guess you would need to pay a lot for it depending on its condition. give more detail and we could give you an answer... check the usual as if you were buying any car. as for an inspection, you don't need to do it and if you want to do it, don't do it at ford, it will cost too much. go to a certified garage where they do car inspections if you really want to have in inspection on the car. where did you find it? not that I want to get it before you do, but I'm just curious. I know that SVT3rivieres's car was listed for 4000$ in montreal. It would depend on the condition and if any mods are on the car.
