i would love to open this, the mystery is kiiling me. i really doubt its money. it feels rather solid or puddy like since it doesnt slosh around when shaken. there was no label anywhere. i doubt i could get $2000 for it. i would hate to sell it for cheap and then have it be something cool inside, but then again i would hate to open it and have it be worth nothing when i could have made a few buck off it on Ebay.
what to do? blah

I think it's a practical joke. Like someone else said, probably condensed milk. So when you open it, it'll be disgusting and the stink will never go away. Sometime along those lines.
I wouldn't open it.

Ditto. A bird in the hand, my friend. When you ship it out after the auction, ask the winning bidder to let you know what it was - if they open it...
Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.

I would just hop in my delorean and ask the guy who put it there, but my mr. fusion isn't working...
So seriously...x-ray, x-ray, x-ray, x-ray...
Then if it's just food put it up on ebay and act like u have no idea what's in it.

My buddy bought a 5 unit hystorical investment home a little over a year ago. He's been remodeling the unit that he personally lives in, and has had some cool finds from tearing out those plaster walls. A few cool newspapers, a pile of old coins, a partial deck of cards. Behind some of the wallpaper, someone had written down the date. I believe it was the year 1879. So you'd be surprised what you might find behind those walls.
