I've had it for maybe 5 years and have had multiple problems. They're few and far between, but definitely happen.

Good News...it all worked out. Apparently Tony's family issues had him out of state and away from a computer, leaving him with no way to get in touch with me. (he hadn't written my phone # down anywhere)
We've been in contact daily since his return, and I received the wheels today as advertised. Nice to have a happy ending to something that looked pretty grim.
