Can anyone recommend a good shop for mounting and balancing wheels + tires? I finally got my 18's and i don't want to take it to just anywhere and get them fuxored.

Any reputable shop. Get there either 1st thing in the morning or right befor they close. Pull into the bay and do not go into the front, slide the guy a "tip" and he should do it for you.

Are they on or off the car?

If they are off the car I would use Radial Tire in Silver Spring.

Their website sucks.
http://radialtire.com/

but their prices are the best.

I drop my wheels off there one day and pick them up the next.

If they are on the car I would still try to use them but they have a long line to get things done if you are waiting with your car.

The wheels are off the car, i'm looking for some where that won't damage the "face" of the wheels trying to put the tires on. I took a set of wheels to sears a long time ago for mounting and they scuffed the lip on two of them I'd rather pay a lil more and go somewhere that they know how to mount low profile tires...

Take them to Radial.

They can mount anything and all the AutoX people have had good luck with them and swear they don't scratch the rims(I Don't know because none of my rims are "nice")

I got 235/40/17's RA1's mounted on 17x7" rims there.
and I got 205/55/14's Kumho V710's on 14X5.5" rims.

Both of those are racing tires with stiffer sidewalls than what you will see on your normal tires.
