Is anyone running msds headers with mil eliminators on their car and getting away with it, or is cali that strict. Just trying to find out if it's possible to do without having to bribe anyone to pass emissions.

There a tons of posts regarding this if you search. You can pass the emissions portion, but would technically fail the visual. However, the headers are barely noticable and your chances of failing due to this are very slight.

yep, just depends on whether the tech inspecting your car is paying attention. if he notices the msds then you fail automatically.

Im running gutted pre-cats with out Mil eliminators and i still passed emissions.
I got a weriod ECU that it takes 3-5 days for the ECU to finish Cycling (dependant on how often i drive) and the CEl to come back on for my gutted pre-cats.
I know a couple of cougars in SOcal that are running MSDS headers fine and ahve not got caught.
You find a cheap shop Asian or Hispanic run, and they usually will not check...or they don;t care if you have them as long as you pass emissions.
