do you think having steven seagal with you in the car add more HP ??
With that amount of added power, chassis flex will become an issue.
you mean weight, right?

Oh right, segal is in the car. Maybe a combined kung fu chop from both of 'em? I dunno, that's rocket power there.

Stock seats - 43lb each. For the MANUAL models with lumbar. Anyone know how much power seats are? That's almost 50lbs to lose in STS with the light stock seats!

well mine's a cougar so the weights may be a bit different but the only heavy component that differenciates between the manual/auto [seats not tranny lol] is the seat recliner motor, which is approximately 3-5 pounds. The lumbar motor is miniscule [few ounces].
I dont know if the tours were offered with side imact airbags but I can say those are pretty light as well.
the overall weight difference is not going to be more than 7-8 pounds at most... but of course all that little stuff adds up really quickly.

I removed the windshield washer tank and lines. A gallon of the window juice + the tank and stuff is a couple pounds.

I weighed my car on the impound scales at divisionals:
2818 lbs ready to rock, without me.
The Neon ACR that won had similar power and weighed 2250. The Civics were down on power but Cy Lee's is down to 2000 lbs or so.
So, um, my car is fat.
