do you really see any gains from this? if so i might just get the MIL eliminators instead

gains are minimal unless your precats are clogged. even then, you are basically just bumping yourself back up to the HP and TQ you had before your precats went to sh*t

how much gains do you see with headers then? and whats the difference?

grrr. I can't find the o2 sensor's location.. too dark.

OK DONE. ONTO THE SOUND REVIEW!

I tested it out. Soundwise.... it's nice. Keep in mind that I have a stock SE exhaust and an open element air filter (it has some supposed heat shield on it).

On a car, there are 2 places that sound is loudest at right?
The engine and the exhaust.

The engine itself doesn't sound much different. The only real difference is that there's a low gurgling sound when idle (think of old fully restored carbureted caddy). However, on WOT that gurgling sound gets a bit louder (I think). It doesn't sound menacing, just a little mean.

The exhaust... !! HUGE difference. It sounds like it aint stock no mo. With the WOT it sounds like my rear bumper should be hanging some 1000 lb gorilla nuts.


As for performance.. ehh I can't really tell much of a difference so far. My morning commute will tell me what's up though. If there's a response or two, I'll post from work and let people know how low they're hanging.

I disagree. I have driven more than one before and after, and the improvement is noticable. I'm sure that headers would be even more of an improvement.

do you notice more low end or more high end power.
because i need a way to get more low end power. without extremes like supercharger...
