Hey guys...its been a while since I've been here. Since I was finally able to succesfully complete a repair on my CSVT I figured I was qualified to come back:) All I did was replace the resistor pack for the fan. That's a big step for me. Well to update you guys my 2000 SVT now has 92000 miles on it. I have full dash warpage going on. My driver's side window tilts forward when I put it up. My gas pedal sticks and my speakers are blown. I am replacing the speakers tomorrow and hopefully fixing the dsah board and window. Once I fix the dash and replace the speakers I will love my car again. I did have to replace my rear struts at about 80000 miles. Anybody else have problems with their struts? Other than that stuff no major engine problems so I am happy:) OK enough rambling.

Gas pedal sticking could be fixed easily with a little carb cleaner on the throttle body. Also means intake probably needs to be cleaned out. My dash was fixed but is looking pretty crappy.

My friend's 00 SE has full blown dash warpage now too. Only took a couple months when it wasn't driven for it to go from slight (black vent piece sticking up on both sides slightly) to full (black vent piece rattles around all over the dash and is fully removable now).

the E0s dont get the usual dash warp that everyone gets. what we get is an upward turn of the dash above the instrument cluster. the dashpad should be uniform all accros this area, being about 1/2" above the black plastic. mine was about 1" above the black plastic. nothing a few rivets couldnt take care of.
NY State Trooper: So what makes your car so special to have SVT all over it?
Me: Er...It was made by Fords SPECIAL Vehicle Team?

Welcome back!!! I purchased some nice Infiniti 5 1/4 speakers on Ebay for cheap and that along with a 55X4 head unit are adequate for my Listening pleasure:)

Yup, I have that dash warp going on. But it is very small so it never bothered me.
